Contact us to tour an existing home in one of our affiliated communities or review a range of home plans from multiple manufacturers. We'll help you find a home that meets your needs and your budget.

Step 3: Purchase and Place Your Home
Your real estate agent and CoNorth Homes representative will help guide you through the purchase agreement, inspection procedure, and placement of your home in an affiliated community.

Step 4: You’re Part of the Community!
Support doesn’t end when you get the keys to your new home. Our team of Cooperative Business Advisors work with each affiliated cooperative to advise and support your board of directors. Coop members democratically elect their board, who in turn work with the community to make decisions on infrastructure improvements, lot rent, amenities and landscaping.
